I am not normally a fan of pure black/white drawings, but this one is an exception. It's simple but brings across a strong point. Totally faving this one. ^_^

I love the scratchboard. If you have the time and means, try some yourself and see if you like it. Tis good to dabble in all areas, even if you discover "hey, i don't like this at all!" (They also make blackc clayboard so when you scratch away there's white underneath. I must try that one. ^_^)

I think it somehow makes better sense just comparing it to how everything else is juxtaposed in the pic anyways, the way it is I mean. X) but I like the quicksand theory too. or maybe they are heady for a smoother mountain pass, free of quicksand as well lol.
